The existing Grade II listed building has been uninhabited for a number of years. Mat’s Group Limited has repaired and restored the envelope as well as prepared the interior for complete refurbishment.
 

Our team repaired and repointed external brickwork to match the original, and restored distinct decorative features. The roof was replaced and chimneys repaired. Single-glazed windows and doors, based on the original design, were reinstated. 
 

Window shutters and linings have been carefully restored to full working order. Historic lathe lime plaster, mouldings, cornices and skirting has been uncovered by carefully removing contemporary fixtures and finishes. 
 

All works were completed as per programme to adhere to the time constraints imposed by planning consents.
